A copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of MBC Grand Broadcasting at 1360 E Sherwood Drive, Grand Junction, Colorado, 81501, during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address.
1. The contest will run beginning March 2, 2007 and will continue until further notice.
2. Listeners can enter three (3) ways: by registering at any and all station events (Colorado 92.3, The Moose 100.7, 96.1 KSTR, Magic 93.1, KNZZ, and/or The Team 1340), online (only once) and at the primary sponsor for that particular month (once per week).
3. To play, listeners must register as stated in rule #2. Each station (Colorado 92.3, The Moose 100.7, 96.1 KSTR, Magic 93.1, KNZZ, and/or The Team 1340) will choose a name from their individual registration box. Listeners must then listen for their name to be called on their favorite station, Monday through Friday, at approximately 7:10am, 12:10pm and 5:10pm (Colorado 92.3, The Moose 100.7, 96.1 KSTR, and/or Magic 93.1) or approximately 7:05am (KNZZ) or approximately 9:10am (The Team 1340). Once the names are announced, those individuals will have ten (10) minutes to call the studio in order to qualify for the grand prize drawing at the end of each month. Listeners only need to register once, but may register as often as they choose unless otherwise specified, such as only once online, once a week at the primary sponsor for that month, and/or once at each station sponsored event. Registrations will be kept active from month to month. All current registrations will be discarded at the end of each February and new registrations will be entered.
4. Contest is open to anyone 18 years of age and older and listener must be 18 years of age to win.
5. Only one (1) individual per household may win in a six (6) month period.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. All prizes awarded “as is.” Monthly grand prizes will be valued each month. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash value.
8. All contests are open to the general public, except for: employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc., participating sponsors, their immediate families and household members.
9. All state, local, federal, or other tax, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fee and other fees that apply for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc. shall not be responsible for failure of participating sponsors to deliver prizes as promised.
11. All entrants and winners agree that MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc. and its affiliates shall be held blameless and non-libel for any injury, misfortune or damage to either persons or property by entering, participating in, winning or losing any contest or by use or non-use of any prize received.
12. Winners must sign a waiver before prize(s) are awarded.
13. All entry blanks, forms, devices and materials, as well as the information contained on or within, gathered during the course of the promotion, shall become the sole property of the station to be used, disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc.
14. All entrants and winners agree that the station may broadcast or publish the winner’s name, city of residence, photo, video tape or any other likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason the station deems necessary without compensation. All entrants further agree to hold the station blameless and without liability for such publication, broadcast or use.
15. MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc. reserves the right to end a contest or promotion at any time without any advance notice to the public.
16. MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing.
17. Violations of any of these rules, or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception or cheating shall be grounds for the station to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events, at the sole discretion of the station, as well as the forfeiture of any prize (or prizes) won by fraudulent means.
